Receipt required for all returns, returns must be within 30 days of purchase, NO returns on by the yard cut items, AND items MUST be in original packaging no exceptions.
Machine return policy: Machines can only be returned within 30 days of purchase with a 15% restocking fee, this also applies to special order machines. Any special-order machine that involves shipping, customer is responsible for return shipping, if the order is canceled after the machine has been shipped. No fee is applied to special order machines if it is canceled before it has been shipped. 90 warranty on Trade in machine purchases.
Machine Purchases: new BERNINA machines have a 1-year full warranty, this includes a Clean Oil and Adjust service that must be performed within 12 months of purchase. This only applies to NEW BERNINA machines sold at Sew This!
